Downgrade or Upgrade: You can choose to downgrade your membership to 4 classes per month or upgrade to an Unlimited membership. We require a minimum of 3 days' notice before your next bill date to change your membership. Please be aware that downgrading will come with a new 2-month commitment. Grips socks are mandatory for all classes across all formats. If you don’t have any, you can conveniently purchase them at the studio (payment via card only).
Class Rules: Please note that there is no late entry allowed. The door will be locked at the start of class, and all classes begin on time. For your safety, late admission is not permitted, as jumping into class unprepared increases your risk of injury and can endanger other clients.
Regarding our cancellation policies, for any "no shows" to booked classes, a $20 fee will be applied. Additionally, for late cancellations (cancelling within a 4-hour window of your class), a $15 fee will be charged.
Your membership auto-renews with a minimum commitment of 3 months, and this contract will continue to auto-renew once the initial commitment is fulfilled.
Membership Freeze: You have the option to freeze your membership in monthly increments for 1, 2, or 3 months at a fee of $15/month. To request a freeze, please email us.
Cancellation: To cancel your membership, we require 30 days' notice via email. Please note that simply removing a card from your account does not serve as a notice of cancellation.
Communication: For any questions or concerns, please reach out to the studio by email (we respond within 24 hours), as we are not available at the studio during the day.
